# Connectors

> How to give an Agent host agent tools through MCP connectors: Geenius OS first, any MCP server by https address, safe tools, and where secrets are kept.

A connector is an MCP server an agent may call.

- **Geenius OS:** through its bot door.
- **Any MCP server:** by an https address.

Tool names are namespaced with the connector id, so two connectors cannot clash. In the setup you list the tools that are **read-only**; every other tool of that connector is risky and asks first.

## Secrets

Connector secrets are typed in the web app and stored encrypted in the agent's own runtime. The hub keeps only a hint, and nothing returns the value.
